When a staff member steps in
The assistant stops and directs you to our team when your case involves:
- A previous visa refusal
- A complex immigration history
- An unclear purpose of travel
- A possible inadmissibility issue
- A legal or appeal matter
- A request for guaranteed approval
- A highly specific legal question
- Current official requirements that cannot be confidently established
What we do not do
We never guarantee approval, invent visa fees, appointment slots, processing times or embassy rules, or tell you that you are definitely eligible. Anything time-sensitive is verified against current official information by our team.
What not to share in the chat
Please do not share passport numbers, passwords, card details, bank credentials or BVN. If a document is needed, our staff will tell you the secure way to send it.
